In the spring of 2025, we installed 14 raised beds plus two additional in-ground beds, to grow vegetables, herbs and flowers for our Polack Food Bank. The Food Bank has seen a record number of visitors over the past year and we hope to help supplement with fresh produce.
We are in search of volunteers to help us maintain the garden over the summer. During your shift, volunteers will be asked to water all 16 beds, complete some light weeding and do a pest check.
