Who We Are
We are proud to offer programs and services that enable older adults to live in dignity and increase community connections, as well as specialized programming for unpaid family caregivers, Holocaust Survivors and Jewish older adults, and older adults from the Former Soviet Union.
What We Do
Our key services include: care management, Holocaust survivor services, family caregiver support, Russian language socialization, Elder Connections, and resource information & assistance.
