If you've been directed by Volunteer Services to submit a MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD Background Check, please do so here!
Click on the "Respond" button to begin.
1) You will be prompted to complete a "Qualification," titled DOL Release Form. Please download the PDF form, and complete the section labeled "Employee, prospective employee, or volunteer." After completing & signing the form, upload it as prompted and submit the Qualification.
2) Next, click on the "Respond" button and enter in the information as directed. Then, follow directions on the Sterling Volunteers website to submit your background check.
Volunteer Services will follow up to let you know when you're background check is done processing, and you're ready to begin volunteering.
